Frank does an amazing job, such a people’s person with a kind spirit. He’s very gentle and careful which is why I always request him. When he says “you may feel a slight pinch” I never do or “you may... feel a little pain” no pain. Him and the rest of the team is perfect for that office. Friendly and quite approachable staff.

Jacaranda east location is on top of their stuff! I had an amazing experience here. I have zero complaints. I had 2 new patient appts. Came into the office and the front desk staff was super friendly... helpful and quick. Didn’t even have to wait. I was able to complete paperwork while my kids were being examined (SUPER PLUS and super efficient) ROGER did both cleanings and X-rays, super friendly and answered all my questions and gave us very good advice and pointers. Dr. Matamoros was super nice and also answer all of our questions and very informative you can tell in the examination of both of their mouths she knew her stuff. Right after I needed to consult regarding braces and Tanya was amazing super affordable plans. We were helped completely and were in and out of there in record time. Normally I go to the dentist (Medicaid) and wait HOURS just in the waiting room. I give this team overall A+. Keep up the good work. Very smooth operation of this office. Definitely recommend and will always be coming here.read more

I would honestly give more stars if I could - when my son was younger we went through 4 other practices before landing here and Dr. Rene is a diamond in the rough - we have had nothing but excellent... experiences with him and both my kids trust him completely with their dental work. The staff is also incredible, every single person is so kind and so good with the kids.And the real reason for the review - they sent such a cute postcard to my son that had such specific details about what he was chatting about with them. My daughters loved their first visit, staff is friendly, on time, and fast too. DR. Rene is great dentist too. The entire was staff was friendly and welcoming. My daughter needed orthodontic work, including teeth extractions, so she was a little nervous. I was completely happy with how comfortable they made... her feel and explained the the whole process as they went along. It’s been a pleasure thus far :)UPDATE! (2 years later)We still love this office and my daughter had a wonderful orthodontist experience over the 2 years. The entire staff has always been pleasant and easy to talk to. My daughter recently had her braces removed and her teeth are gorgeous! We would highly recommend this plantation location. The great thing is we are clients for life :)read more
